Our gymnastics and movement programs teach basic gymnastic and tumbling skills, while incorporating lots of fun! The high-energy classes include balance beam, mini trampoline, tumbling barrel, bars, games, group activities, aerobics and stretching. Not only do children learn the basics of physical activity, but also multifaceted skills that extend beyond extracurricular activities, like enhanced basic motor skills, team-building and problem-solving, socialization, self-confidence, and, of course, coordination, balance, and body awareness. All while having fun!

We’re currently offering outdoor private lessons for you and up to 4 of your friends or socially distanced group classes in an outdoor space. Must have outdoor space for National Kids Gym to bring the equipment and an energetic instructor!

30-45 Minute Classes
Ages 2-5 | Daycares & Preschools

On My Own caters to students who are new to physical activity without a parent or guardian. This class teaches independence and basic gymnastic and tumbling skills in a safe and comfortable environment. We bring all the equipment and an experienced instructor to lead your students through beginner gymnastics classes. During the class, we use equipment to help increase basic and fine motor skills, problem-solving skills, balance, coordination, and physical awareness. The equipment used are mats for tumbling, cartwheel aids, balance beam, mini-trampoline, training bars, barrel for backwards motion, and much more.

45-60 Minute Classes
Ages 5-9 | After School Program at Elementary Schools

Flipsters classes are geared toward beginner and intermediate gymnasts who want to learn basic gymnastics and tumbling skills, while incorporating lots of fun! The program will enable your children to enhance their basic motor skills as well as further develop their body awareness of themselves and othersThey will develop confidence in their physical abilities and increase their determination. The class includes all four gymnastics events; tumbling, balance beam, vault, and bars. It also includes the mini trampoline, group activities, stretching, games, and strength. Over the course of the program, children will develop confidence, good coordination, control and physical awareness.

Birthday
Parties

We bring games and obstacle courses for the kids to perform gymnastics skills, play with the parachute, and have LOTS OF FUN! We take care of all of the entertainment while you get to enjoy the party with your family and friends! Parties are typically 1.5 – 2 hours and offered to kids turning 3 – 10 years old. We look forward to making your child’s birthday a fun and memorable event! Packages start at $250 for approximately 60-90 minutes of structured activity for up to 12 kids (birthday child is free). Additional cost for each child over 12.

lessons

Is your child looking to increase their confidence in their gymnastics abilities? Maybe they want to finally master the skills they’ve been working on? Private lessons are offered to enhance children’s learning in a one-on-one or small group setting. These lessons allow your child to progress in a fast and effective manner! We can focus on endurance, flexibility, handstands, bridges, bar or beam skills, and so much more. We bring all of the equipment and an experienced teacher to YOU! Choose from 45-60 minute lessons.

Miss Katie leads group exercise classes in all spaces: conference rooms, parks, and even school buildings. She will lead a boot camp style workout for all levels of physical activity. Miss Katie comes to you to provide one-on-one or small group training. She will bring all the equipment, and all you need is a desire to reach your fitness goals!

Katie will discuss your goals with you beforehand to create an effective plan. Katie understands that each person and each body is unique and there is no one size fits all. Her passion is to find what works best for you to gain and help you sustain optimal health and wellness!
